2、 Purchasing skills of automatic dispenser:

1. Glue: single component dispenser is used for ordinary glue, double liquid dispenser is used for AB glue, PU glue dispenser is used for PU glue, and special syringe is used for UV glue.

2. Dispensing process: semi-automatic dispensing machine is used for ordinary dispensing (such as foot control), and desktop, three-axis, circle drawing dispensers with automatic functions are used for precise positioning and marking. The automatic function of the automatic dispensing machine is actually an auxiliary function. The dispensing machine is more used to control glue, and other functions can be realized with the help of an automatic manipulator.

3. Work efficiency and environment: few products, no efficiency, use manual glue gun; Use glue gun for outdoor work. It is required to accurately control the measurement and use the machine. If automatic dispensing is required, use the machine with automatic function.

4. Cost: There are various dispensing schemes. Not all dispensing machines need to be used, and not all automatic dispensing machines must be attached to the automatic dispensing machine. Considering the cost, if a certain glue needs to use a machine with too high price, you can consider replacing the glue.
