2. Setting of dispensing time of automatic dispensing machine

The glue dispensing amount should be set at 1/2 of the product spacing to ensure that there is enough glue dispensing amount to stick the components, so as to prevent excessive glue from seeping out. The dispensing amount of the automatic dispenser can be adjusted by the dispensing time of the dispenser. In actual production, the dispensing amount and dispensing time can be adjusted according to the specific situation.

The amount of glue dispensed from the dispenser is provided by the controller to the rubber tube and needle. The amount of glue dispensed and the dispensing speed are determined by the pressure of the dispenser. If the pressure is too strong, problems such as glue spraying will easily occur, which will affect the appearance of the product. If the pressure is too weak, uneven dispensing and leakage will occur, which will affect the product quality.

It can be seen from the above that for the debugging of the automatic dispensing machine, first select a needle with the appropriate size according to the size of the product and the glue point, and then set the appropriate dispensing time and pressure according to the demand of the glue point to control the dispensing amount and dispensing speed for each dispensing.
